This week, you will share the first (and perhaps most important) building block of your ethics training program, the program goals and objectives. Your task is to develop one to two program goals, five to seven learning objectives, and one to two operational objectives for your program. The Organizational Ethics textbook covers personal ethics, interpersonal ethics, leadership/followership/group ethics, and organizational ethics. You should have at least one learning objective related to each of these topics.
The expectation is you will follow the guidelines in the text to draft the goals and objectives. The text provides sample wording, action verbs, and other resources to help you develop effective goals and objectives.
