I want to write the project in iOS swift using UI kit like using storyboard styl

I want to write the project in iOS swift using UI kit like using storyboard style. I want to use public recipe API to develop three screen app on an emulator. first screen shows three buttons that says breakfast, lunch and dinner. when I click on either button it takes me to a second screen with a table view. the table view shows list of recipe items based on button clicked. for example if I clicked breakfast it shows breakfast items. when i click on any item it takes me to third screen with a cooking instructions and ingredients. I also attached the file with project requirements that needs to be implemented and diagram that shows how three screens will look.
