The city of Las Vegas has experienced a budget deficit attributed to overtime pay of employees, some are not warranted. As such the commissioner would like to know which organization costs the city the highest overtime pay? And what is the total, average and the upper and lower bounds of overtime pay for the city? This will help the city target areas for efficiency and potentially request to raise taxes on the next voting ballot, for these services to be available to taxpayers.
