Initially I wanted it to be about: “I’d like my fake organization to be centered around Women in Tech and coding classes for women and young girls etc ” however you can change it as needed. It needs to sound extremely professional and needs a lot of work. The other rep I had assist me created the attachment included and my professor wanted more from the work as did I. The tone also needs to be extremely professional. Here is his feedback: “This is a good first draft. The paper flips between a professional tone and then a more personal tone with use of first person that pulls you out of the idea that this is a serious initative. Furthermore there is alot of details about increasing the inclusion of women in STEM fields but none of the strategic value necessarily ties the initative to this fact. From page 7 on women and the primary goal that is started in the begining is metioned again.”
