The work provides several bullet points that address areas of focus, like user education, analysis of the impact of the EHR, the evaluation of the effect on patient care quality, data correctness, etc. The response is incomplete, as a summary of the actual improvements that were made to ROI and Coding are not found.
What the evaluator typically requires are actual numbers from the post-implementation assessment. I recommend adding in that ROl cost decreased from $X to $X due to the EHR.
Then discuss that the days to fulfill requests went from X to X, on average. Then discuss the coding data: minutes to code and turnaround time.
