Part 1:
Design a circuit that consists of only resistors and a 10V DC voltage source with the following
criteria:
1. Contains at least 8 resistors.
2.Requires the usage of the wye-to-delta conversion to determine the Thevenin
resistance of the circuit.
3. Do not have more than 2 resistors in series.
4. Do not have more than 2 resistors in parallel.
5. No two resistors should have the same resistance value or a zero value.
Part 2:
After designing the circuit please:
analyse the circuit designed and determine:
1. The Thevenin resistance of the circuit (choose one of the resistors as the load).
2. The power absorbed by each of the resistors from the original circuit. Show the
calculations used to obtain each of the value and give a thorough explanation for all
the theories used to obtain the values.
