synthesizing Selenium nanoparticles using pulsed laser ablation in liquids (DI water). The paper will need to be about the two phases of selenium nanoparticles which are Amorphous versus Trigonal
the paper needs to go into detail about the synthesis protocol (how the nanoparticles are made) which is using the bottom up method using a ND yag laser making the first phase which the amorphous phase that gives us orange colloidal solution Selenium nanoparticles and then putting the solution in autoclave for 1 hour to change phase from amorphous to crystalline which gives the grey colloidal solution. the paper needs to cite all of the related pulsed laser ablation in liquids papers including all selenium nanoparticles using the PLAL method. I will upload the graphical abstract and a written abstract for ideas and another paper for reference to know how the nanoparticle are cleared using the bottom up pulsed laser ablation method. please use the reference papers for ideas with the synthesis protocol. The result will need to indicate that the Selenium nanoparticles were used for biological testing including antimicrobial testing which resulted in knowing that the amorphous phase (orange) Se NPs were better at killing bacteria vs the crystalline phase (grey).
