The course terminal/integrative assignment consists of a paper(s) with  pages in length (corpus) that analyzes an important phenomenon. This phenomenon should be national or international in scope, yet have regional implications. This final paper will consist of a Community Project where students will apply the utilization of large data sets i.e. national or local, to develop a simple plan of action to address the population health needs. The problem identified will likely be the same as the one that you developed for your “individual paper”. Utilize the Literature Review from your individual paper and expand this literature review to include intervention studies at the community level. See if you can locate at 10 studies that have utilized interventions at the community level for your phenomenon of interest. The final paper will include two parts: Assessment and Data Analysis and Plan. Develop a plan of action to address community needs consistent with your phenomenon of interest.
