Provide a 1-2 page paper that presents a compelling summary of your problem, methods for solving, measurements of success, and why you belief your approach will be successful.
Presentation
Provide a well-developed, engaging, and well executed presentation of the group’s work process and results. This should include:
Description of the problem
Creative theory or theories that guided your analysis of the problem and selection of tools and techniques
Descriptions of the tools and techniques and your rationale for selecting each of them
Plan for implementation including how you intend to gain buy-in from senior leaders, stakeholders, and those impacted by the problem and your proposed solution
Methods by which you will measure the success of your proposed solution
