Write an analysis reflecting on and examining your own anti-oppressive praxis and how you will integrate your learning and commitment to anti-oppression into your social work practice (micro, macro, mezzo). Your 3-5 page analysis should include specific examples as support and should address the following: • Identify your plan to address your personal biases toward the identity groups you identified in Part I from a micro, mezzo, and macro perspective; • Identify how you will integrate anti-oppressive praxis into your social work practice from a micro, mezzo, and macro perspective; • Identify how you can advocate for those with whom you held (or hold) personal biases, prejudices, and stereotypical attitudes and behaviors.
