Each box weighs 40 pounds.
This task is performed for 4 hours at a rate of once every 3 minutes.
The worker grabs the box at a 36-inch height, 10 inches away from the body.
The placement is 28 inches high, 20 inches away from the body. You’ll notice from the video the worker does little twisting, and the box has no handles.
