This week, our focus is on Late Adulthood (65+) and the natural decline that occurs in many areas of life. However, some recent studies suggest that joy may not be one of them! After reading Chapters 13 and 14, take a moment to think about the elders in your own life.
This could include grandparents, aunts, uncles, or family friends who are over 65. Identify one individual and consider how the concepts from the chapters apply to them. Share at least two observations.
