Present epidemiological facts, such as incidence, mortality, prevalence, counts, rates. Do NOT choose a topic for which you cannot find the NUMBERS.
Identify and discuss any disparities, such as by sex, age, education, SES, region of the world, etc.
Describe any known risk factors/determinants of this health problem/disease/condition. Describe whether these are environmental, biological, genetic, behavioral, psychological, social, political, or economic factors.
Describe what can be/has been done to improve the problem/disease/condition, including public health prevention strategies at all three levels if possible (describe whether primary, secondary, or tertiary), as well as existing public health programs, if relevant.
