The aim of this assessment is to examine the capacity of students to critically review the “In Demand, a new demand-driven co-creation model that helps to procure innovation in public organizations” using analytical tools of choice based on lessons learned from the procurement model. Students are particularly expected to demonstrate an excellent grasp of the case by spotting the positives and negatives associated with the procurement process, highlighting the undercurrents responsible for same, and making evidence-based recommendations to innovatively improve the process in line with the case objectives, and circumstances citing relevant literature, applying suited concepts, theories, and models to back up the recommendations.
