Here is my information and can you take what you want and make it sound more professional and reflective.
Hello,

So what we did is have relaxed conversation about giving feedback to different group members and I enjoyed just feeling comfortable with my group as they gave meed feedback. I will say it gets stressful when some group members wait to the last minute to post the feedback. My group members have been a joy to have from last semester, or can honor, systematic, literature review and the semester. Another part of this reflection I want to make noted is sometimes it can be challenging to remember that not everybody focuses in the same area, and that when people read my stuff, I get a lot of confusion and frustration due to my material being a little more intellectually driven from a medical perspective. I think it’s a challenge at times to try to dumb that down without extending the paper too long or no longer being able to make the points that I was wanting to make originally. I am at Tim frustrated when some group members don’t submit things right on time or earlier than I would like to have things submitted, so I think that was definitely a learning experience is truly understanding what patience is and remembering that no matter what it is, everybody has a different lives and knowing that it’s OK.

The process of getting all of this completed was very stressful and I think it’s more because I worry about my grades and then I also worry about how I’m gonna impact other peoples grades with my feedback.. I have to remember that what I say will never be enough compared to what a teacher might correct and as scary as that is, I have to find peace in that.. I will honestly say I reviewed my colleagues papers as if I was the professor Greding it as I do in my classes..

I will not lie I do wish we had more time to get an actual Professor feedback before we submit the final one because I don’t feel it’s fair for us to lose points on things that we could’ve prevented by just not maybe fully understanding. I am someone with a learning disorder and I can personally relate to this, so if I’m experiencing this, I’m confident others are too.

Some of my thoughts about my members feedback is remembering that I do need to step back and explain and not see everything from a medical perspective. Also, re-understanding at times what is considered personal knowledge versus citable knowledge. I agree with my group members. I need to just become more conscience of how I write, and I am very also appreciative of how positive the comments were, and seeing how this could truly be a change in our societies and treatment. As I keep working on fixing this paper, I that are ingrained in the paper to help better educate group members on what I’m talking about just so it helps alleviate that distress of feeling lost or overwhelmed. I am overall very thankful for an honesty feedback, and it really meant a lot to me to no, that one of my group members could see my work in a journal in the future.
