Provide a 2-3 page typed biopsychosocial history of your client that attends to social context (e.g., societal oppression) as well as social identity and social location, not limited to race, gender, class, sexuality, ethno-religion/spirituality, dis/ability, and ego functions and strengths. Begin this narrative with a detailed description of your client (use pseudonyms only), and reason for referral to your agency. Include a narrative of the family information as part of the history referring to family systems concepts that we reviewed during class (e.g., structure, hierarchy, subsystems, boundaries, triangles, etc.) as well as relevant sociocultural content (cultural sensitivity to family dynamics and current events).
Provide a small piece of session process and analysis (such as you would during a process recording) that demonstrates your use of self, specifically your attendance to transference and countertransference – include verbatim of the interaction then your reflection to what was being discussed (1 page).

I am a in school therapist, my clients are recommended Tony service based on their learning disabilities, emotional issues, mental health issues, and behavioral issues. My client is a female in foster care, she is close to being adopted. She often deflect on speaking about deep conversation about her upbringing and her past . Both of her parents are abusing substances and have not been able to regain custody. The young lady is very immature and often time is unable to sit still she is required to have in school therapy because she has had some behavioral issues in the past .
