You need to answer the questions under the “Learning Theory” section and state your hypothesis under the “Hypothesis” section. make sure to include your answers under the correct headings.
Changes I suggest for the “Learning Theory” section
Change the operant conditioning consequence from negative reinforcement to Positive reinforcement. You can only use ONE and you do not define negative reinforcement correctly (review textbook for definitions) and positive reinforcement makes more sense for changing your behavior. For example, you can state: “I will use operant conditioning to only eat fast food two times per week. Specifically, I will use positive reinforcement to increase my healthy eating habits. I will reward myself with watching a movie or taking a stroll at the end of the week if I only ate fast food twice that week. This is an example of positive reinforcement because I am adding a pleasant stimulus (watching a movie or taking a stroll) after I engage in the desired behavior of only eating fast food twice per week to increase my health eating habits.”

Your hypothesis would then be “My hypothesis is that if I reward myself with (whatever) after I only eat fast food once a week, then I will increase my healthy eating habits”.
