Program Reflection Paper – Students will analyze their growth over the course of their timei n the HROD Program through a short exit paper. This assignment should discuss changes and future developmental goals (i.e., for areas that need further development) in a brief two-page paper. This paper is not overly academic, but rather a retrospective reflection of growth and learning over the course of graduate education. Use the Pre/Post skills matrix to develop this paper and turn in BOTH the paper and the Matrix.
