My formulated grant proposal topic involves creating a community program addressing mental health needs among Hispanic Americans in Skid Row Downtown Los Angeles, California. Studies indicate that the Latinx or Hispanic community and other minority communities in the US are disproportionately affected by mental health illnesses, with approximately 35.1 percent of the adults receiving mental health treatment annually.
1: Problem Statement – Purpose of the Study to receive feedback.
