Attached is a presentation delivered to a hospital that is the result of 300 interviews with community members intended to gain their perception of the hospital. Here is your assignment.
Congratulations! You are the Vice President of Marketing and Strategic Development at KSB Hospital. The marketing consulting company just sent you the report, and it’s your job to deliver the results to the CEO.
Since you are new to the position, here are a couple things you need to know. CEO’s have short attention spans due to the large of amount of information they must process. Bring in three key points, be succinct, and have a plan as to what you recommend we do next.
