First part provides you with a guide as to how it should be completed.
Second part is the template.
You will be required to enter a name of a school; you may make up a school name or utilize a school you’ve attended.
On certain sections of the lesson plan will require a diagram, you may search for one (picture) that best describes/depicts for that section. Ex: Warm up lesson; it will ask you to show a diagram as to how your students will be placed.
You will need to choose a physical activity/sport lesson you feel most comfortable teaching.
Every section must be filled out.
