Its a project proposal to increase staff satisfaction and patients satisfaction where each nurse will have a partner to endorse her patients to the partner is known to all
The idea was started because previously staffs were hastened to take permission as they dont want to overload the charge nurse or the other staff
Also they used to endorse their patients to charge nurse so patients care and call bell answer time was affected as the charge nurse is busy
If they charge nurse will assign the patient to other staff the will be upset unlike in the buddy system they will endorse to their closest teammate who will make sure no patients complain will arise and she knows that whenever needed her teammate will cover her too when she needs permission
