● Include the two topics in the paper and use these as your
sub-headings in your paper: positionality and dismantling oppression.

● All references must be presented on the reference list using APA style
● The paper should include diverse approaches to evidence. Do not rely exclusively on
anecdotal evidence, no matter how compelling it may be. It is important to include broad,
peer-reviewed statistical evidence whenever possible
