1. What are the pressing problems (i.e., pain points) that the lending industry in your country needs to solve?
2. Identify different types of players in this industry (for example, the incumbents, the start-ups, and the big tech companies). Provide examples of each types of player.
3. What are the main advantages or sources of moats that each type of players have?
4. What are the main disadvantages or threats that each type of players face?
5. How do you envision the different types of players to interact? Would they collaborate, or would they compete?
6. In your view, how would the lending industry be different in 10 years time compared to now? Would it be more fragmented, or more concentrated? Which players do you envision to be dominant, and which would have become irrelevant?
