Symptoms include fatigue, and leg pain. Risk factors is femoral artery 70% occluded and has been cleared. Total blood cholesterol level: 235 mg/dL. Blood pressure level: 138/96 mmHg. Heart rate: 78bpm. Medications include minoxidil (Loniten). Design a 1-week program for this client, training sessions 3x a week, 60 minutes each, M-W-F.
