This paper will be written in a case study style. The topic I picked was British American Tobacco acquiring RJ Reynolds back in 2017. The paper is focused on the decision making process prior to the acquisition. In the perspective of BAT, who is the decision maker, financial statements, offering documents, ethical determinants etc for the decision maker to make their decision.
I have attached the case paper outline. The paper is meant to be 7-10 pages long but I will write up the initial company and market analysis and whatever else is needed at the end. I just need you to write about the decision maker and what factors will influence the decision.
