Think about the research project you are doing this semester. If you are doing a project that involves sampling, describe your sampling strategy using ideas from your readings this week. If you are not intending to use sampling in your project, then think of another research question that you are interested in and write a sampling plan for that study. Your answer must be a minimum of three paragraphs in length and must include: – the sampling approach you use (random, systematic, stratified, cluster); – why you believe that approach is best for your study; – what the target, source, sample, and study populations would be, AND – what your selection criteria would be (if any) for the individuals you would include/exclude from your study.
