Discussion with parent/caregiver:
Parents understood all data. Used star literacy results, Brigance testing binder/test book to show abilities and deficits along with growth potential. Parents major concerns were whether accommodations, inclusion supports, and differentiated instruction will benefit and help to show improvement. Gave parents reassurance that by sharing progress notes and growth with them over time they will see positive results.
Please highlight added areas. Please see amended elementary assessment report for structure and how professor wishes to have details. Student should be named JD and referred to as such moving forward.
