I am using framing theory to determine patterns and themes regarding Saudi women’s portrayals in US media and local media, how these stereotypes affect Saudi women’s representation and how it is changing, and the role of public relations in changing the portrayals of Saudi women.

In this, I am using a qualitative textual analysis approach to see the ideology, language, symbolism, themes, patterns, metaphors, image, language, and tone.
