Goal of Assignment 2: , conduct a Complex (Social) Systems analysis to identify the possible causes that lead to repeated criminal behavior (i.e., recidivism). Consider factors that drive criminal behaviors in relation to the #Purpose and #Utility. This will involve gathering evidence, developing a stance based on it, and then effectively communicating your stance with evidence to support it.
Step 1:** Research Question**
Why do people fail to change their criminal behaviors even after they have been repeatedly convicted?
Step 2:** Literature Review**
Independently, gather evidence to help you better understand your research question. you should identify 12 different sources. 6 sources must be scholarly (i.e., empirical, peer-reviewed paper), and 6 sources must be reliable non-scholarly (e.g., media, government website, popular blog).
in the assignment identify at least six sources (three scholarly and three reliable non-scholarly) for the final assignment. Do not use more than eight sources. In a shared Google document, start to develop a literature review. The literature review must be divided into multiple subsections:

Step 3:** Conclusion**
In this last section, clearly articulate a summary of your findings. Identify issues that are important to acknowledge and any information that needs to be further understood.
