Purpose
The focus of this assignment is to establish quality performance measurements for three project deliverables. The deliverables are tangible outcomes of the project.
Assignment Instructions
Your assignment consists of two parts.
Part 1: Maintaining Quality Performance
Use the template below to highlight the quality performance measurements for three deliverables of your chosen project. The Expected Outcome column should have the performance measurement. Also, outline the QA activities to ensure these performance measurements are achieved. The Assessment interval is the phase in the project lifecycle the activity would occur. Outline the assessment intervals. Intervals would include what project phase the assessment would take place. Under the product list the deliverable, the standards column should have the measurement. The activities column should contain what activities ensure the performance outcome. The interval is the phase in the project lifecycle the activity would occur. Place the table in an MS Word document under the title Part 1.
