. Provide an in-depth and exact explanation of the evidence-based intervention you implemented. Describe the intervention exactly as the intervention was implemented in the research articles and include the specific key details.
i. Use the research articles to create a detailed discussion describing each of the steps in the intervention implementation. The evidence-based intervention should be implemented as described in the research, with all the original authors’ intended components.
ii. Describe in detail how each participant engaged with the intervention from beginning to end of the intervention. This should be so detailed that someone else who has never heard of your project can pick up your intervention descriiption and implement this exactly as you described.
6. Methodology
a. Organizational Setting
. Provide a detailed descriiption of the setting for the project, including the following:
• State the type of healthcare setting or community setting.
• Describe the location.
• Explain the typical patient and typical diagnoses.

i. Provide the final total number of participants.
ii. Explain inclusion and exclusion criteria for the project.
iii. Describe how you enrolled the participants and if informed consent was needed.
