The paper should begin with an introduction and end with a summary. A cover page and reference list must be included in ADDITION to the 2-4 pages (there will be 1 page for the cover page, 1 page for the abstract, 1 page for the reference list + the 2-4 pages of text in the paper…TOTAL = 5-7 pages). Begin with narrative on the family history, supports, and surviving 1stdegree relatives. Students are encouraged to ask about all the listed Activities of daily Living (ADL) i.e feeding, dressing etc. and Instrumental ADL items (IADL) i.e driving, shopping, social interaction, etc. (see BB) and include this discussion in the narrative. Provide an assessment and treatment plan with goals of the senior based on the information asked. Address each deficit in the treatment plan with interventions that will nullify the issue or problem.
