Part 1
Task explanation: For this week, your assignment will be to take on the life of someone who is disadvantaged. Go to https://fhadvocates.wordpress.com/resources/hungry… Links to an external site.and click on download Hungry Decisions, which will bring a PowerPoint to you. This PowerPoint will have you pick the life of a man or woman (sorry, they go by binary) and from there you will make decisions that will impact your life and that of your family. Just like the PlaySpent game, this experience will be very real, but it will take you into a global context.
Assignment: Upon engaging in the scenario of your selection, submit a brief paragraph examining how global context, migratory status, gender, culture, and poverty may impact your familial experience. Feel free to add anything else you might find relevant or that may connect to your major, personal experience, book, etc.

Answer: The clip above further assists us in understanding why we cannot stereotype low-income families. Provide an important analysis of family structure and social class that you learned from this chapter.
Examine the following quote by Cohen: “Will this trend continue, resulting in more and more money concentrated in fewer and fewer hands, and what does this mean for families who aren’t in that very exclusive club?” (2021, p.154). How does this sort of economic inequality affect families in the U.S.?
Ask 1 question about something that you might not have a full understanding of or that you think would create further discussion.
Note: both answers for part 1 and part 2 should be labeled and each should be about 200 words.
