Please create a pro’s and con’s chart for both the waterfall and agile SDLCs. You should have 5 points for each pro and 5 for each con. That’s a total of 10 for each SDLC. The pros and cons for each SDLC should be one to two sentences. Not just a few random words.

Write one scenario for when an Agile would be an appropriate SDLC to use
Please make the scenario papers are one page double spaced each. They should each include details on why the SDLC should be used. Also, why the chosen SDLC would make the project run more smoothly.
