Microaggressions: Have you ever been the recipient of a microaggression? (Have you ever delivered one?) Remember, microaggressions are comments, gestures, glances, slights, etc. directed at people that can be intentional but sometimes are not. In fact, the offender may be unaware of just how offensive or damaging their actions/words are. You may wish to watch “P&G: The Look” (below) to get a sense of the lived experience of microaggressions (and you may want to watch it a few times to catch all the subtleties). In at least 500 words, reflect on the following video and/or your personal experience with microaggressions.
