Introduction:
Your final project for this course will be to create a simple strategic plan (a reflection paper) for a newly constructed medical facility. For this week, you will need to create the following as your introduction to your plan.
Create AND name “your” medical facility.
Create the mission statement for your facility.
Create the vision statement for your facility.
Remember that your mission statement must include, “what we are now?” The mission statement will cover a period of 3 to 5 years. Your vision statement should explain, “what we want to be” ten years from now.

Describe the six major components of strategic planning
Define the purpose and relationship between mission, vision, and value statements
Identify the four components of a SWOT analysis and conduct an analysis for adopting a new EHR system and its implementation. Review Appendix 22-A

Organizational Goals
Organizational Objectives
Action Plans and or Performance Plans and or Initiatives
With all that you have now learned in the fiscal management of various organizations, how would you implement a plan that would place your healthcare organization in the top 100 healthcare facilities?
