I need to complete an academic statement for admission to University of Illinois

I need to complete an academic statement for admission to University of Illinois for a Masters in Social Work. (1000words max)
I need to complete a social work essay 4-6 pages (Interest in Social work/ Personal Perpective) I would like to discuss empathy and active listening communication or advocacy might work as another strength . Not sure what to write about for question 2 I was very active in my sorority in a leadership position?? As to question 3 in this section I am blessed with financial support from my family and I am saving the majority of my income this year to apply toward living expenses in graduate school
I think question one or two of the personal perspective options would be the best to choose to write about.
