In July 2023, the United Nations released The Sustainable Development Goals Report 2023: Special Edition, its official midpoint assessment of progress towards the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. Based on the latest data and estimates available from over 200 countries and territories, the report highlights the impact of multiple crises affecting people’s lives and livelihoods and areas where progress should be intensified.

Using the resources below, review the progress of your focal country towards the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 2030:

Based on your review of your country’s SDG progress, in a 250-word post:
Provide a summary statement of your country’s progress
Identify three indicators where progress is on track to meet SDG target (or target already achieved).
Identify three indicators with limited or no progress.
Identify three indicators where a reversal in progress is observed
For each selected indicator, please include its current estimate (prevalence, count, rate, etc.) and the SDG it relates to.
