Part 1: You must reference a credible outside source to support your discussion post. Responses should fully answer the questions/prompts and be at least 300 words. Your discussion post is for 50 points; 25 points will be deducted if the source is not referenced.
Thinking of your health topic you identified in Discussion Post 1, restate the health outcome, and identify something in your community which supports or provides a barrier to the program initiative to address the health outcome (building, billboard, community setting, bus transportation, childcare, etc.). Take a photo of that structure (no people) and post it in the discussion board. Discuss the relation of this photo and how it either supports, or hinders, achieving your identified health outcome.
For example, if looking into obesity, you could take a picture of a playground, which supports outdoor play, or a picture of a broken sidewalk or lack of sidewalks, which may create a barrier for people to be outdoors.
If looking for access to healthy foods, perhaps a photo of the local grocery store (perhaps accessible, but expensive; or appropriate prices but lack of transportation and inaccessible).
