Based on your self-assessment using the Blake and Mouton Managerial Grid (BMMG), assess your own preferred behavioral leadership style. What are the strengths and challenges for each style? Are there areas where you would like to make changes or improvements that stem from your results?
Provide anecdotal evidence of behaviors in support of your perspective on behavioral leadership using the BMMG. In addition, provide academic research articles in support of your assessment and critique.
Remember, for a 5-page assignment, you should be bumping up to that 5-page limit if you’re doing the assignment justice.

my style:
Integrative Leadership; High Concern for People/High Concern for Task
The integrative leader achieves high work performance through leading his/her people to being dedicated to the organizational goals. There is a high degree of participation and teamwork, which satisfies the basic need of people to be involved and committed to their work. The leader may be characterized as open-minded, flexible and one who inspires involvement. According to Blake and Mouton, this is the best and most effective leadership style.
Proofread!!! As a graduate student, I should not see ANY mechanical errors in your work. This includes grammar, spelling and punctuation. Don’t lose out unnecessarily on points related to simple mechanics.
Do NOT use the first or second person point of view. Don’t use words such as I, me, you, us, our, etc. Academic papers will be written using the third person point of view. I will be taking off up to 10% starting next week for using the 1st or 2nd person point of view. This is a good resource explaining 1st and 2nd person: https://www.grammarly.com/blog/first-second-and-third-person/

Review your APA resources for how to correctly format your papers. Go to the APA Help Center. There are A LOT of resources there! Watch the APA Video Tutorial and download the APA sample student paper and use it as a template for how to format your papers. It shows you how to format your title page with page numbers, headings, citations, references, margins, etc. This program uses APA 7th Edition as the accepted style of writing. You will be held accountable for formatting.
Exceed minimum requirements for the number of references. There’s no shortage of research in this field. If you have trouble finding appropriate resources, let me know. As I’ve mentioned, online dictionaries, encyclopedias, websites, blogs, wikis, etc. will NOT be accepted as graduate-level resources.
Include appropriate citations in the body of your paper to document where you are using the content.
Paraphrase your content. Don’t use quotes. This demonstrates to me that you have a good understanding of the content and that you are able to apply it in your work. Plagiarism, whether intentional or unintentional will not be tolerated. I recommend that grad students not use quotes in their work.
For a maximum page limit of 3 pages of content, you should be bumping up to that 3 page limit if you’re doing the assignment justice. This includes 3 pages of CONTENT and does not include the title page, references or any appendices. Don’t exceed the 3 page limit.
Some pet peeves: there is no “s” in regard or toward. Put a comma before the word, which, when used as a preposition in the middle of a sentence.
