To lead a healthcare team, you need to inspire your team to live out your organization’s mission, vision, and values.
Please review and complete each section in both part one and two of the attached document. Please also review and adhere to the attached rubric.
In part one of the course project, focus on finding your organization’s mission, vision, and values, along with defining your own values and the goals and values of your team. Part two of the course project builds on those efforts by asking you to evaluate yourself and your team against team goals, and to incorporate your goals into hiring and handling progressive discipline.
My chosen organization is the Kenya Red Cross. please use the organization’s website to help you fill out the questions that pertain to an organization.
