Summary require about 250 words. Risk assessment and contingency plans part require at least 1200 words. Need detailed risk assessment and contingency plan.
Executive Summary (5):
Explain the nature of the business, your strategic recommendation and its rationale, and the implementation plan. This section should be no more than one page long and should motivate the reader to continue
Risk Assessment and Contingency Plans (15):
Discuss 3 significant risks that could impact your company’s performance. Propose contingency plans for the company should one or more of these risks occur.
