Please review and support with creating diagrams
This week, you will use the case study scenario to develop a Sprint that will last one week. This Sprint is being used as a pilot to test the experience of using agile process management to address the implementation of a desired goal and objective as detailed or inferred in the case study scenario. Use the Lucidchart software (and templates provided on the Lucidchart website) to create the following items as forms of documentation of task priority using the product and sprint backlog system:
A Scrum Task Board and the documentation for 3 artifacts (Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, and Done Increment),
A Scrum Task Board and the documentation for 5 events (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Retrospective, and Container (Sprint)) for a specific set of prioritized features for a desired set of outputs to be produced this week.
Length: 9-10 diagrams as a logically ordered set of documentation and 1 page that describes each diagram and the desired set of outputs. Provide a justification for how each diagram effectively communicates that the goal and objective in the case scenario has been addressed.
