Their argument is that this crime has the potential to have enormous financial, physical, and psychological impact on governments, businesses, organizations, the military, and everyday citizens. In fact, there is wide-spread evidence of this crime across all continents. It can be committed from anywhere in the world. What crime are they referring to and what is the justification for selecting this crime in terms of potential financial, physical, and psychological harm to governments, businesses, organizations, the military, and everyday citizens?
