Find a REAL case of white-collar or corporate crime on the Internet and write up a brief case study (3-4 double spaced pages) that includes in the first part:
1) a brief history of the particular charged offense (s);
2) the participants;
3) the process and length of adjudication including whether by trial, or plea bargain,
4) the final conviction; and
5) resulting punishment.
(5 pts.)
In the second part of the paper, relate the case to theories, concepts, and research findings covered by course materials, including lectures, readings, and power points, that you feel best describe and explain it. (10 pts)
