Your project can be presented in two ways, a content page or slide show presentation
Page
A Content page is how I share content with you in the class. You have access to the rich content editor when you open the assignment to add headings, images, change the font, add links.
If you choose this option, save your work often!
Or create your project in Word or Google docs which also have the rich content tool bar at the top and upload to the assignment
Option 1: Artist
3 artworks from your artist
include artwork information, title date, media
include information about the artworks and your own response to the works (1-2 paragraphs for each artwork).
Research
biographical information on the artist, and some context on the time they were working (2-3 paragraphs)
information on the style with which your artist is associated (2-3 paragraphs)
Use a minimum of three academic/museum references.
cite your resources using footnotes or MLA style parenthetical citations
Cite on each slide for Powerpoint
Include a works cited slide at the end
URLs alone are not a sufficient citation, include URL and the title of the web page and the source, (i.e. Willem de Kooning; Art and Artists, Tate Museum)
