What is your behavior change?
Has it been easier or harder to change than you expected?
It has been harder.
Why do you think that is?
I find running hard because I do not really like to run, even though I hate it I have managed to do so.
Have you achieved any goals or rewards yet? If so, which ones?
Yes I have my first week for July 14 2023 I ran once a week and my reward for that was getting a new outfit
Have you encountered any obstacles? Which ones? How will you avoid them in the future?
Yes I have 2 kids and work as well as school work. But I have set alarms to help me remember and I will communicate more with my husband so our schedules at work allow me to be able to have my time.
Did you modify your behavior change at all over the course of the month? If so, how?
No, I kept it really close to the 30 mins a day of running, there was some days where I ran 15 one session then another 15 minutes another session but in same day.
How do you feel about your behavior change so far?
I still feel like it’s a hard challenge but I am happy that I have been sticking with it.
