INSTRUCTIONSFor this discussion, think of a problem you have seen in your current or previous place of employment and address the following:
Provide examples of how you as a transformational leader within an interprofessional team would address the practice problem.
Provide examples of how you as a transactional leader within an interprofessional team would address the practice problem.
Which leadership style do you think would be most effective in addressing this problem? Explain why.
