OBJECTIVES: 1- To utilize developed skills to date to create your first floor plan. / 2- Learn how to create & insert wblocks. / 3- Learn how CAD colors can be associated to desired line weights when printed. / 4- Learn how to create PDF’s of your drawing in desired architectural drawing line weights (using the Plot command.)
Notes:
1) Add room names utilizing the basic TEXT command. (Room name with room numbers will be redone differently in Assignment 1B.)
2) You are to include all the building dimensions. (Do not draw the lounge’s furniture dimensions as they are provided for reference only.)
3) Insert tables and chairs as blocks that consist of 5 ft square table in both buildings.
4) The PDF’s are to be printed at 1/8″ scale and formatted onto 24×36 sheets.
